PENGARUH REKRUTMEN DAN PELATIHAN KERJATERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA BADAN PUSAT STATISTIK (BPS) PROVINSI LAMPUNG

This study raises the issue of the effect of recruitment and job training on
employee performance at the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) of Lampung
Province. For this reason, the purpose of this study was to analyze the
effect of recruitment and job training both partially and simultaneously
on the performance of employees at the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS)
of Lampung Province. The population in this study were employees of the
Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) of Lampung Province, namely 88
people. Furthermore, the data analysis techniques used include validity test,
reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression, partial test, simultaneous test, coefficient of determination test, and quantitative analysis. Partially testing
the hypothesis by using the T test, it is concluded that simultaneously there is
an effect of recruitment (X1) and job training (X2) on employee performance
(Y) at the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Lampung Province by 85.6%
while 14.4 % influenced by other factors not examined. With interval analysis
of employee performance statements the highest average value is 90% and
the lowest average value is 84% which states that both strongly agree, it
is known that the average indicator value of the BPS employee performance
variable in Lampung Province is 86.9 % who stated strongly agreed.
