Sri Poewarni DAMPAK PENDIDIKAN, PELATIHAN, DAN PENGEMBANGAN KARIR TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA BADAN PEMERIKSA KEUANGAN (BPK) PERWAKILAN PROVINSI SUMATERA SELATAN

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of education, training, and career development on employee performance at the Audit Board of the Republic of Indonesia BPK in the South Sumatra Province Representative Office. The sample consists of 40 employees using a saturated sampling method. The approach used is quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis, and the data were processed using SPSS Version 21.0. The T-test results indicate that education and career development do not have a significant effect on employeeperformance, while training has a significant effect. The F-test shows that, simultaneously, education, training, and career development have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
